Put simply, I create and run lively PR and social media campaigns for small businesses.

I use my experiences and skills as a journalist and agency PR account manager to talk (and crucially, listen) to small companies and help them to talk to their customers or would-be clients.

Listening has always been at the centre of what I do, and I’ve racked up thousands of interviews with celebrities to politicians to crime victims and loved-up golden wedding celebrators.

What it’s taught me is that the most inspiring stories usually come from the least likely places. I make it my mission to find them.

And because I know what editors like, I know how to tell them. (Like a journalist.)

My ideas are ok, too, and my track record shows I catch the imagination of the media and the public. (Did you hear about the Quiet Chair? This campaign, for a former client, made the headlines in almost every UK newspaper, was a three-minute item on Loose Women, and was even talked about around the table on the Today Show in the US.)
