I use my experiences and skills as a journalist and agency PR account manager to talk (and crucially, listen) to clients and help them to talk to their customers.

Listening has always been at the centre of what I do, and I’ve racked up thousands of interviews with celebrities to politicians to crime victims and loved-up golden wedding celebrators.

What it’s taught me is that the most inspiring stories often come from the least likely places. I make it my mission to find them.

And because I know what editors like, I know how to tell those stories in a way that makes the media take notice.
